  • Does Zoono protect surfaces against Coronavirus?
    Yes. It has been scientifically tested and proven to eliminte and protect for up to 30 days. Results of these tests conducted is listed in the resources page
  • Does Zoono kill harmful bacteria when applied to surfaces?
    Yes Scientific studies support the superior longevity benefits of Zoono Microbe Shield Solution against the threat of pathogens.
  • Is Zoono toxic?
    No. Whilst all substances have a ‘toxicity’ level (even water), Zoono has a ‘toxicity rating’ similar to that of Vitamin C.The Solution is made from 99% deionised water, 1% active ingredient – Quaternary Ammonium Compound. Our products do not contain alcohol or triclosan.
  • Is Zoono safe to spray in the Kitchen?
    Yes. The Microbe Shield Solution has a New Zealand Food Safety Authority (NZFSA) C-22 Approval plus further approvals from Asure Quality (NZ) and AQIS (Australia), as well as registration with the EPA (USA) proving that it is safe for use around food surfaces and equipment.
  • Will Zoono Stain my clothes?
    No. It forms an antibacterial barrier surfaces and will not stain clothing nor discolour skin.
  • Will Zoono damage my sofa and chairs?
    No. In fact it will eliminate and protect them from viruse and bacteria. As the solution is water-based and alcohol free it will not stain, discolour or damage any type of material.
  • Is Zoono safe to spray around my baby's toys?
    Yes. It will kill any germs that is on them. Make sure you wait till its completely dry before giving it back to them.
  • Is Zoono safe for my children?
    Yes. The toxicity rating levels is so low that it is not considered an ingestion risk, which means its completely safe around kids.
  • Is Zoono safe for my pets?
    Yes, even for surfaces they lick that has been directly sprayed on.
  • I have asthma, will Zoono effect me?"
    No, but if you do have Asthma, we suggest vacating the property for 60 minutes after we finish our service..
  • Can i reschedule or cancel my appoinment?
    Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24hrs prior to booking without and cancellation fees.
